This role involves leading migration to new technologies, evaluating processing performance, and forecasting resource needs to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the role oversees network/data operations and business continuance plans.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the migration to new technologies and enhance technology systems.</li>
<li>Evaluate processing performance in terms of machine utilization and reliability.</li>
<li>Forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to achieve business objectives.</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate network/data operations and restoration plans.</li>
<li>Implement alternative routes or systems to restore service in case of disruptions.</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior management staff.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Accountable for IT department decisions and management.</li>
<li>Report regularly to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>A minimum of 10 years of IT and business industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li>
<li>Experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.</li>
<li>Proficiency in areas such as network, database administration, computer operations, and production support.</li>
<li>Senior-level management experience in data center operations and management functions.</li>
<li>Strong ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proven track record in coaching and mentoring junior management staff.</li>
