Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers. Build strong relationships with District Operations Centers, Divisions, and Project Management teams to present a unified front to external stakeholders and achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions of any issues. Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, guidelines, and procedures. Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools. Support strategic goals for Strategic Accounts Operations. Attract, develop, and retain top-tier Project/Construction Managers who deliver exceptional customer value. Lead training and development initiatives to ensure high productivity and technical excellence across the team. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 8 years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management, field services, field sales and/or marketing Minimum 3 years of manager of people experience Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
