Duties/Responsibilities:
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
· Design and operate our Jira-based program governance model
· Build scalable workflows, boards, automations, and reporting frameworks
· Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
· Implement standardized Agile / hybrid methodologies where appropriate
· Define and track KPIs (velocity, throughput, cycle time, capacity planning, delivery predictability)
· Create executive-ready reporting dashboards (Power BI integration)
· Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement systemic improvements
· Establish intake, prioritization, and roadmap alignment processes
· Mentor IT Team and business stakeholders on structured delivery practices
Primary Areas of Ownership
Storis ERP Program Governance
· Build structured intake and prioritization model for Storis enhancements
· Implement scoring and roadmap visibility across all business units
· Manage interdependencies between stores, warehouses, logistics, Ecommerce, finance, and any other areas as needed.
· Establish release governance and change management structure
· Track business impact metrics (revenue lift, margin impact, labor efficiency)
InRiver PIM Evolution & Product Data Programs
· Govern taxonomy transformation initiatives
· Manage integration visibility between InRiver, Storis, Ecommerce platform, Dropship / vendor integrations, and any other integrations as needed.
· Build structured workflows for product onboarding acceleration
· Actively reduce onboarding cycle time (target: 2 weeks or less for vendors)
· Standardize product data quality governance inside Jira
Supply Chain & Dropship Integration Programs
· Oversee delivery programs involving LogicBroker, vendor API/EDI automation, extended aisle expansion, and any future integration platforms
· Build Jira workflows for vendor onboarding, product feed validation, integration QA, and exception management
· Track automation rate vs. manual intervention rate
· Drive measurable labor reduction in merchandising operations
Enterprise Delivery Operating System (Jira)
· Design and own AFW’s Jira architecture
· Standardized project templates
· Cross-project dependency tracking
· Executive dashboards (Power BI integration preferred)
· Portfolio-level roadmap reporting
· SLA tracking for ERP/PIM enhancements
· Automation rules to reduce manual reporting
· Governance model for issue types, workflows, and naming standards
Compensation Package:
Pay rate: 85,000+
Supervision Given and Received:
This position has no supervision responsibilities. This position is supervised and directly reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· 8+ years Technical Program Management in complex enterprise systems preferred
· Direct experience with ERP-driven organizations (retail preferred), PIM platforms, and Supply chain integrations (EDI/API)
· Advanced Jira expertise i.e. workflow design, automation rules, advanced roadmaps, custom reporting structures, cross-project dependency management, etc.
· Experience building or maturing a PMO (Storis ERP is a strong plus)
· Experience with InRiver PIM, dropship, and marketplace expansion
