<strong>Job Description</strong>:<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Datacenter & Virtualization Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise datacenter infrastructure and VMware ESXi environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale virtualization and datacenter solutions.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Design, implement, and manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, and DRS environments</li>
<li>Lead datacenter infrastructure operations including compute, storage, and virtualization</li>
<li>Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization</li>
<li>Manage host upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh</li>
<li>Configure and manage enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) integration</li>
<li>Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions</li>
<li>Handle complex troubleshooting across virtualization, storage, and server hardware</li>
<li>Ensure security hardening and compliance within the virtual infrastructure</li>
<li>Work closely with network, security, and application teams</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Mandatory Skills:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in Datacenter Operations & Virtualization</li>
<li>Strong hands-on expertise in VMware ESXi & vCenter (enterprise scale)</li>
<li>Experience with HA, DRS, vMotion, SRM</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise storage technologies (EMC, NetApp, Pure, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS)</li>
<li>Experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation</li>
<li>Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)</li>
</ul>
