</br><b>Job Description </b></br><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Are you up for the challenge of applying cutting edge Information Technologies with challenging national security missions? The BAE Intelligence & Security Sector is seeking a Transition and Deployment Manager responsible for leading Cyber IT Engineering services program for a large Intelligence customer. This is a Senior Manager-level position will report to the Intelligence Solutions business area and directly supports the Government mission IT organization.</span></span></span><br><br><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>The Transition and Deployment Manager leads a team of engineers and planners to manage the recurring startup and transition of new services, including installation and deployment of IT systems in support of Cyber engineering for a large Intelligence customer. IT systems supported include both on-premises infrastructure (networks, computing, storage, desktops) cloud-deployed systems (including hybrid cloud and multi-cloud), and edge systems (mobile devices and tactical compute) for intelligence missions. Required work will support mostly classified IT systems. </span></span></span><br><br><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>The Transition and Deployment Manager must be experienced with schedule sensitive staffing and cost management for new service delivery and deployment. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the planning, execution and oversight for deployment of new Cybersecurity staff and infrastructure such as:</span></span></span><ul><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Identity and Access Management systems</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Cross Domain Security products and systems</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Defensive Cyber solutions </span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Cyber auditing systems</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Configuration for data analytics tools designed to report on Cyber activities and metrics.</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Installation and logistics management for deployment operations.</span></span></li></ul></br></br><b>Required Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 10 years of experience.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”> OR</span></span></span><ul><li><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Master’s Degree in the appropriate disciplines (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering) and a minimum of 5 years of experience.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”line-height:107%”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”><b>Required Experience Skills:</b></span></span></span><ul><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Experience planning and installing enterprise IT systems, leading a diverse technical team.</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Excellent Project Management skills and use of scheduling and resource management tools.</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Knowledge of Cybersecurity IT systems, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Knowledge of standard practices for installation, configuration and operation of on-prem, cloud, and hybrid enterprise IT including help desk operations</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Experience with Splunk and associated data analytics tools</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Experience with ITILv3 and ITILv4 processes and solutions</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels of the government (customer) and corporate management (company) to communicate program style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Knowledge of large system deployment strategies including configuration management, technical baseline management, cost estimating and analysis, and decision support </span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Experience with application and data migration from on-prem to cloud deployments</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Knowledge of automated DevSecOps pipeline processes and tools </span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, cost and schedule, and resource management, including Earned Value Management</span></span></li><li style=”margin-left:8px”><span style=”font-size:11pt”><span style=”font-family:Calibri,sans-serif”>Experience collaborating across subcontractor engineering firms and OEMs</span></span></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 – $255630<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
