Manage the sales teams throughout region to ensure allocation of company resources. Advise senior management of customer and competitive developments that impact sales growth and profitability and recommended strategies to counteract market pressures. Work closely with product divisions to implement strategies focused on the geographic, customers, industry, and market needs. Build strategic plans to grow for all data centers business in Canada – hyperscale, mtdc & enterprise. What will make you successful? The ideal candidate is a leader who has strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and set strategic priorities at a national level. They understand the importance of customers, organizations, channel strategy and pricing to deliver support to internal and external customers. We are looking for candidates who are diverse in their backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, and who can bring fresh and innovative ideas to our team. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent Minimum of 10 – 15 years of sales or marketing management preferably some of these years in the Data Center market Knowledge of Data Center sales process including products, application and complex channels of distribution Minimum of 5 years of experience as manager of people Must have a valid driver's licence and be able to travel up to 50% Experience in an indirect sales model with agents and distribution nationwide Bachelor's degree required with a preference for technical degrees Proficiency in French language is an asset. The expected annual salary range for this role is $135000 – $169000 a year. You are also eligible to a sales incentive program.
